Hot Pancake Action

From the moment we shook hands with Jon Schlegel, the owner of Snooze, it was a true partnership. He wanted a breakfast spot the likes of which Denver hadn’t seen.

A café that draws crowds every day with lines of people waiting for a table. He wasn’t exactly sure what the actual space should look like, but trusted that we would bring his vision to life. Inspired by Chicago’s popular breakfast cafés, and Googie architecture with its bold angles, colors and “tomorrowland” diner feel, we created a fun, warm, inviting breakfast experience. To complete the Snooze brand, we custom designed comfy, round booths, and variety of energetic lighting features. Both of these unique elements finish the delicious experience that Snooze provides like syrup finishes a pancake.

If you’ve ever visited Snooze for breakfast, then you know we succeeded in fulfilling Jon’s vision for a lively breakfast environment with flocks of devotees ready to stick a fork in a pile of pancakes. We’ve opened six locations with Jon and his brother, Adam Schlegel, and look forward to cooking up more Snooze eateries in the future.
